Direct your donation to:

• Where needed most – Your donation will be used where funds are needed most at the current time to benefit district students and staff.

• Educational Activity Fund – Your donation will be used to fund trips and other learning opportunities for students.

• Community in Schools Social Services Program – Communities in Schools, in Northwest Elementary and Lebanon Middle School, provides mentoring, tutoring, after-school programming, individualized interventions, future planning, and family assistance. It is the goal of the program to ensure all families and students receive the resources they need to be successful by addressing academic and nonacademic needs.

• Other – Please identify a specific scholarship or other fund.

Gifts of cash and goods may only be accepted in person at the Lebanon School District, District Office.
